This auction is for a resin replica of a WW II German Trench/Boot Knife. Versions of this Boot knife have been used the trenches of WW1 and the battlefields of WW2. It was cast from a real steel knife. The knife was cast in a silicone mold so it holds all of the detail of the original. It is a good alternative to carrying your expensive original into the field, or an excellent display piece. It is cast in a black resin.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, THIS ITEM IS MADE OF "RUBBER". IT IS NOT, WAS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE A REAL KNIFE. THERE IS NO METAL IN THIS ITEM, WHATSOEVER!!!
