This reproduction is an INERT 3 piece resin replica of the M49A2 60mm HE mortar round. The body and fuse are cast in a gray color and are ready to be cleaned and painted. The tail section is cast in black and made from the same high strength resin used in our line of knives/bayonets. This material will keep the thin tail fins from snapping.

It is a good alternative to carrying your expensive and heavy original into the field, or a Museum Quality display piece. This replica was cast in a silicone mold so it holds all of the detail of the original from which the mold was made. It is cast in a gray resin and coated with a metal filler, to give this reproduction a metallic "sheen".
