This is a Museum Quality, two piece INERT resin replica of a WW2 U.S. 40MM Bofors Anti-Aircraft projectile. The 40mm Bofors was one of the most successful Anti Aircraft rounds made during the war. This reproduction features the projectile and a screw on fuze. The mold used to cast this replica is made from a deactivated Bofors round. It is cast in a durable, solid resin that picks up all of the detail from the silicone mold it was cast into. The resin is gray in color and ready to be primed and painted.
